Just when I thought good service was a thing of the past I drove up to Tommy's for a car wash. Lindsey was the best service representative I've encountered in a long time. She explained the special offer to me, even downloaded the Tommy's app on my phone. Because of Lindsey, I will continue to patronize this car wash and recommend it to others!

Genuinely how are you not going to have complimentary glass cleaner for your members? I’ve never seen a car wash not supply these amenities. No floor mat cleaner, no spray glass cleaner, vacs are mid pressure. I immediately regretted getting a membership

Easy to use, especially with the app. Does a good+ job on my car. I haven't tried my pickup. No extra charge for vacuums and they work well.

Lindsey had great customer service and smile but the car wash was not up to my expectations, the vacuums doesn’t work good, I called to express my concerns and spoke to the Patricia which her customer service was horrible, I explained to her why I didn’t come back around and she told me that it’s nothing she could do since I left. So disgusted with how my car look when I could have gotten a cheaper car wash and it would have looked better and I would of had a better vacuum also
